About the event
This Land Walk is focused on cattle: magnificent, composting animals. We will look at their rumens, why they belong in a resilient grassland, and how our management works with the animals to make a cow more cow-like. Afterward, we invite you to enjoy our barbecued beef and dishes with produce from Boulder Valley farms.
