Now Hiring: Ranch Hand (Seasonal)

If you want to work for a mission-driven regenerative agriculture company: join our team! We are looking for a reliable and professionally-minded team player to fill the position of Ranch Hand. Ideally, you are an environmentally-minded individual looking for an entry level position in agriculture.

The Ranch Hand will assist in all aspects of the farm, such as: taking inventory of our meat products, helping do chores with the animals, delivering meat orders, and generally assisting with the daily tasks around the farm. The position is split approximately 50% in the field, and 50% working in the meat business.

This position Full Time (40 hrs/week) and seasonal (mid-April - December 1), though the right candidate can turn it into a year-round position.
