Arm Roast (Bone-In)
Includes: One Bone-In Arm Roast - approximately 3.5 - 4 lbs.
Arm Roast is a fantastic cut for braising. It comes from where the shoulder (chuck) begins to meet the upper foreleg of the cow. It is leaner, has tighter muscle fibers and less connective tissue than a chuck roast. The bone contains delicious marrow which adds richness, flavor and nutrients to your dish!
