    Size - 14oz

    Ingredients - Dry-rendered Beef Fat

    Smoke point - 400°F *

    *Tallow has a higher smoke point than lard, and most seed oils. However, if you are cooking at a heat higher than 400°F, consider using an oil with a higher smoke point (such as avocado). 

    How to use - Simply use the tallow as you would any other cooking oil. We especially love using tallow when we sear steaks on a cast iron pan!

    Flavor - Because this tallow is dry-rendered, it has a mild beefy flavor. 

    How to store - This tallow has been canned to be shelf stable at room temperature when unopened. Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
