A member of our team will contact you after you place your order to coordinate pick-up. 

You should expect to receive parts of the whole animal. About 42.5% of your share will be ground beef, about 17.5% will be steaks, about 37.5% will be roasts and about 2.5% will be organs and bones.

1/8 Share: 62 pounds of meat (~2-3 cubic feet of volume in your freezer). $11.50 per pound of meat.

1/4 Share: 130 pounds (~4-5 cubic feet of volume in your freezer). $10.50 per pound of meat.

1/2 Share: 260 pounds (~8-10 cubic feet of volume in your freezer). $9.50 per pound of meat.

Whole Cow: 440 pounds (~16-20 cubic feet of volume in your freezer).  $8.75 per pound of meat.
