Summer CSA
Our Summer CSA will provide you with a bounty of both pastured pork and grass-finished beef from October through May.
Our Little Bluestem share is 5 pounds of meat per month for $75 per month ($15/lb), or $450 for the summer.
Our Big Bluestem share is 15 pounds of meat per month for $190 per month ($12.67/lb), or $1,140 for the summer.
We do offer a "pay each month at pickup” option. To sign up for that, please email us at thebeef@gramagrasslivestock.com.
Sign ups are open until Sunday, May 11th.
Cuts to Expect
All shares are broken down like a whole animal. This means you will receive approximately

38% Roasts
Three quarters of your share will be beef cuts, and one quarter of your share will be pork cuts.
If you'd prefer an all-beef share, please specify during checkout.
Please note there may be slight variation in the amount of meat you receive each month.

Pick up Information
Pick up your share at our headquarters: HQ: 8266 N 81st St, Longmont, CO 80503.
Pickups take place on the second Wednesday or Friday of the month, 2pm-6pm.
At each pickup, you have the chance to swap one like-for-like item (ie: a pork chop for a top sirloin steak, or a chuck roast for a brisket).
