Summer CSA (Full Session)
Our Summer CSA will provide you with a bounty of grass-finished beef from May to October.
Our Little Bluestem share is 5 pounds of beef per month for $85 per month, or $510 for the whole session.
Our Big Bluestem share is 15 pounds of beef per month for $195 per month, or $1,170 for the whole session.
In addition to your 5 or 15 pounds of beef per month, each CSA Member will receive a Whole Pastured Chicken . Our chickens are moved to fresh forage daily, fed organic soy-free feed, and processed on site by our team.
Please note there may be slight variance in the amount of meat you receive each month.

Cuts to Expect
Per monthly share, Little Bluestem Shares will receive approximately:

Please note there may be slight variation in the amount of meat you receive each month.
CSA Members may make one like-for-like swap per pickup (i.e. a ground beef for a beef sausage; a sirloin for a bavette; a new york strip for a ribeye, etc.)

CSA Pickups happen one week per month on Wednesday and Friday. Please choose whichever day works best for you that month to come pick up your share.

Missed a Pickup?
Alternative options for pickup include:
- Self-Serv Pickup from designated freezers any day 7am-7pm
- Come by during our weekly pickup hours W/F 1pm-5pm
- Pick up both shares at next month's pickup
- Send a friend or fellow member to pick up your share during scheduled CSA pickup hours
If you miss a share, you will receive additional communication with more details about alternatives.
Communication
CSA Members will receive a detailed Welcome Email prior to the first pickup. You will also receive a monthly newsletter a day or two prior to each months pickup. All emails will have the scheduled pick up dates listed.
