Winter CSA (Pay-By-Month)
DEPOSIT ONLY!
Our Winter CSA will provide you with a bounty of grass-finished beef from November to April.
Our Little Bluestem share is 7 pounds of meat per month for $95 per month ($13.60/lb), or $570 for the winter.
Our Big Bluestem share is 15 pounds of meat per month for $175 per month ($11.67/lb), or $1,050 for the winter.
Please note there may be slight variance in the amount of meat you receive each month.
The ability to purchase this will close on Sunday, November 9th at 11:59pm.
Pay-By-Month Option
We understand that paying for 6-months of meat up front can be cost prohibitive for many. This Pay-By-Month Option is for folks who would like to pay by month. The price you are paying is a DEPOSIT ONLY - applicable to your last months share in November. Little Bluestem members will pay a total of $570 over 6-months ($95/month). Big Bluestem members will pay a total of $1050 over 6-months ($175/month).
Pay-By-Month CSA members may pay at pickup each month (November - April), or pay via email through a Square invoice if utilizing a self-serv pickup option.
By paying this deposit, you have signed up for for a full session (6-month) Pay-By-Month CSA. Please reach out to us at thebeef@gramagrasslivestock.com with any questions.

Along with your CSA, you will receive:
- 10% off purchases on-farm or at the farmers market (excluding bulk/whole animal purchases)
- 50% off Grama Grass Merch Items (up to 2 items per session)
- One Free 16oz Tallow
- One like-for-like swap at pickup (i.e. Ground Beef for Ancestral, New York Strip for Ribeye, Sirloin for Bavette, Shank for Stew, etc.)
Pick up Information
FIRST PICK UPS ARE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH AND FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH!
Pick up your share at our headquarters: HQ: 8266 N 81st St, Longmont, CO 80503.
Pickups take place on the second Wednesday or Friday of the month, 2pm-6pm. You will receive a welcome email that highlights all the pickup dates prior to the start of CSA. You will also receive a monthly CSA newsletter prior to the pickup days each month.
