Winter CSA (Full Session)
Our Winter CSA will provide you with a bounty of grass-finished beef from November to April.
Our Little Bluestem share is 6 pounds of meat per month for $95 per month ($13.91/lb), or $570 for the winter.
Our Big Bluestem share is 15 pounds of meat per month for $195 per month ($12.32/lb), or $1,170 for the winter.
Please note there may be slight variance in the amount of meat you receive each month.

The ability to purchase this will close on Saturday, November 7th at 11:59pm.

Pick up Information
THE FIRST PICK UP IS WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH.
Pick up your share at our headquarters:
8266 N 81st St, Longmont, CO 80503.
Pickups take place one Wednesday per month from 1PM to 6PM. You will receive a welcome email that highlights all the pickup dates prior to the start of CSA. You will also receive a monthly CSA newsletter prior to the pickup day each month.
Interested in a Denver-based pickup location? We are working on it. Please email us directly - thebeef@gramagrasslivestock.com - so we know you are interested, and can update you if we establish a Denver pickup spot.
Pay-By-Month Option
We understand that the traditional CSA model - paying for 6 months of meat up front - can be cost prohibitive. We have created a Pay-By-Month Option for anyone who prefers to pay monthly.
We do ask for a deposit equivalent to one month's share when you sign up, which is applicable to your last months share. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SIGNING UP FOR PAY-BY MONTH, CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE YOUR SHARE AND PAY THE DEPOSIT.
Pay-By-Month CSA members will be enrolled to receive invoices through our Square POS system, via the email you use to sign up for your share. You will receive an email requesting monthly payment, and input your payment info at your convenience. We do not store your payment information, and you will not be charged automatically.
